Confirmation of early bird and multi-buy discount offers

Multi-buy discount

The multi-buy discount is only applicable to participants who come from the same organisation and are invoiced to the same address.

To benefit from this discount please apply for a company code for your group by e-mailing Christiane.Becker@haygroup.com.

Multi-buy rates can only be applied if you quote the company code for your group when registering for the conference. When booking your tickets, simply input your company code in the ‘group booking reference’ field under ‘participant's organisation’ to receive 10 per cent off each additional ticket.

Early bird discount

To benefit from the 10 per cent early bird discount, registration must be completed online by 29 February 2012.

Indemnity

Should the venue or speaker change for any reason outside the control of Hay Group, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, war or medical emergency, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, Hay Group will endeavour to reschedule.

The client hereby indemnifies and holds Hay Group not liable for any and all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees which may be incurred by the client.

The construction, validity and execution of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Germany (where all payments will be processed) to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose courts the parties hereby agree to submit.

Hay Group reserves the right to change the venue or speakers at the conference should circumstances dictate.

Confirmation details

Participants will receive automatic confirmation of registration via email once they have completed the conference registration form. Participants will only be admitted to the conference if full payment has been received before the conference opens on 23 May 2012.

If a participant changes his/her registration details after initial registration, changes will be automatically confirmed via email.

We ask participants to make any personal changes to the online form themselves. Access to the online form is protected by a password, created by the participant when he/she first registers.

Invoicing and payment

An invoice will be issued shortly after your registration, both for credit card payments and bank transfers.

Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Participants must ensure that full payment has been processed before they attend the conference.

If payment is not received before the conference commences, participants will be asked to provide a credit card to allow their registration to be processed and to gain admittance to the conference.

VAT

German VAT Law and German VAT (19 per cent) will be applied/added to the conference fees.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can only be accepted when made through the online registration form (which can be updated at any time) or by writing to your local Hay Group office.

Refunds will be made as follows:

  • 100 per cent (minus a 10 per cent service charge) for cancellations received on or before 22 March 2012
  • 50 per cent between 23 March and 22 April 2012
  • no refund for cancellation after 23 April 2012
